Making A Purchase
To buy any of our products, just browse our online Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need before we can satisfy the order.
We accept payment by most credit/ debit cards. You may also order via phone, fax or letter post or pay by cheque.
Postage depends on quantities and/ or destination and the cost is displayed before you are asked to pay for your goods.
You can
correct any mistakes
tag , e.g. change the product or quantity in your order, or delete items, by viewing your Shopping Cart and making the necessary changes there. You are only committed to purchase any item after you have entered your payment details and completed the Checkout process, when a Receipt will be displayed that you can print for your records.
You will then receive an E-mail acknowledgement from us detailing your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, and is for your information only and to comply with EU E-Commerce regulations. Details of your order will be held electronically on file by us and you should E-mail or call us if you wish to query it.
Shipping And Handling
We have simple flat-rate carriage charges to most countries. Please note we are not responsible for the payment of import duties that may be levied in your country. Please check with your Customs Department if necessary, concerning Import Duties payable by you.
Delivery Schedule
We hold most items in stock. If we cannot deliver goods within 30 days, we will advise you and offer you the opportunity to retain the item on back-order with us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you and ship as soon as it becomes available. In the unlikely event of any undue delay arising in completing your order, we will contact you by E-mail and offer you the option of cancelling your order and refunding if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We don't charge VAT on our prices, and the price you see is the price you pay. Just add postage and packing, which is displayed at checkout.

We accept popular credit cards and verify payments prior to despatch. Additional security and verification measures are also used to help eliminate fraud. Your payment details are processed using a secure web server and details are not held in plain text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Your right to cancel an order for goods: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), UK consumers have the right to a 7-day cooling off period. You may return goods at your expense and risk in unused, completely as-new and resaleable condition within 7 (seven) working days starting the day after delivery and obtain a refund of the purchase price paid. This right to cancel does not apply to DVDs, CDs or software that has been opened, nor to periodicals or magazines or custom-made goods. None of the aforementioned affects your legal rights as a consumer under other legislation.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us straight away. You must take good care of the goods and you are responsible for the cost of returns postage. Refunds are made in the same manner that payment was originally made. Any costs that we have to incur in recovering goods from you will be deducted from any sum refunded.
